Let’s say a white man were president and he had the same ideology as Obama, would the response by those Tea Party Patriots have been the same? You bet your sweet buns. Why? Because we love our country and don’t need anyone apologizing for her, we love our Constitution and are tired of both parties disregarding it after they swore on oath to protect it, and we also treasure our liberty which entails us, as individuals, to be responsible for ourselves, and not being slaves to any government.

Now that I have made my case as to why we oppose this president and it has nothing to do with race, we are called ‘racists’ because we disagree with the status quo (that being to agree with everything they believe in even though we do not).

When you call someone a ‘racist’, please make sure they are indeed a ‘racist’. It is the same as when a woman cries ‘rape’ after the fact because she is mad and it turns out not to be true. What happens to her when she is actually raped? That’s correct. People do not believe her. Worse than that, if there could be a worse, is the fact that it sets all women in a bad light. We have to fight very hard to get back to where we started from because of this.

When there is true racism, I want to know about it. I want it eradicated from our country. How can this happen when people like Maureen Dowd use this term so irresponsibly and often? She is not the only one by far, just the most recent.

Racism is a very hateful, ignorant, violent indecency that has plagued this nation long ago and sadly, still exists in some hearts. It is real, it is violent, it is ugly, and it should never be used as a means of shutting up the opposition when you have no other argument. Disagreeing with someone is not racist. You cannot judge another person’s words on your own perception of them. Maybe you are harboring something we should know about?

Well Maureen, you are very unintelligent and harmful to the actual meaning of the word ‘racism’. Because you give it so little thought or credence, you diminish the word. Is it because you live in a glass house? Is it because you have never slept with a black man? Yes, I said that. If you had, you might understand that racism is real and you don’t go throwing words like that around on a whim.

Racism is so serious that it scars people for life. As I was growing up, I was called a n******-lover. That is only half true. I loved a black man (he was a REAL man), and I wasn’t going to allow people like you to interfere with my life no matter how uncomfortable it made you feel. Did you ever stop to give a damn how you made me feel? No, you never did.

And now you’re trying to make up for it? You’re barking up the wrong tree, witch. If you only know how much I would rather use the other word! It is fitting, but I would like to think I’m above that. I know I’m not always, but at least I can admit it. Can you?

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

News Update On 8.28 Tea Party

I have been busy trying to get information to the people who’ve come out for the prior Tea Parties. Maybe I should have started here? Well, here is what has been happening.

March On Sacramento Tea Party.

Promo Video!

What? You thought I would tell you here? Well, I could have, but then who would look at my new site, Long Beach Patriots? ;)

Have a great evening.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

I have pretty busy between trying to get all these posts posted and taking care of our new site, Long Beach Patriots. It may be hectic, but it sure is fun. The newest post over at LB Patriots is about the event I am having on the 14th of August. If our coungresswoman won’t make herself available to us in a TownHall, we’ll just go to her. RESPECTFULLY.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Private Property. GOD given rights, not the government.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Private Property. GOD given rights, not the government.

Here is the link for LB Patriots Go To Congress. Everyone in Long Beach, if you are tired of being lied to by politicians, please join us Friday between 12-2 pm. Remember the golden rule though, be respectful. NO violence, not even if provoked. There is a police station very nearby and there is a security guard inside the building. As long as we are on the right side of the law, we will be fine.

Bring decent, nonpartisan posters and your lunch if this is your lunch hour. I’ve been to her office before, and there are many very nice people working there. Please don’t embarrass yourselves or me. Yes, we are upset, but let us ask reasonable questions. She may even be there and be able to respond! Imagine that. Someone we’re paying to be at work actually being at work. What a concept.

PS. It makes me very angry that I even have to say anything about being respectful, because you guys are some of the most respectful I’ve ever met. It is the LEFTARDS that act like animals, then they think the whole world thinks as they do. Here’s a clue for you on the LEFT. If we thought like you did, why do we oppose these MARXIST bills so much? Hmm?

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

First I would like pass along my condolences for the families of Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, and Michael Jackson. May your loved one rest in peace, and may you find peace at this time of grief.

Now to Iran. I found this marvelous video over at Blackfive’s (Uncle Jimbo posted it), and I just had to ‘borrow’ it. After all, he ‘borrowed’ it from Gateway Pundit who ‘borrowed’ it from…well, you get the idea.

This a video where someone has dubbed the song Beat It over the actual events. It is a collage put together by mydorood.

BEAT IT YOU FANATICS!!! GET OUT OF MY LAND!

If for some reason you have any trouble with the embeded video, here is the link.

Feel free to share this with all your Iranian friends as a sign of solidarity. Pray for the day when that regime actually does beat it so they may live free. God bless.

Source(s): Blackfive and Gateway Pundit.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

It appears as if President Obama does not really care about womens’ rights, freedom, Liberty, the 1st or 2nd (or any) Amendments, so Iranian dissidents have turned their eyes toward an unexpected neighbor. Israel. Here is an excerpt:

Iranian Dissident: Dear Israeli Brothers and Sisters – Help Us!
by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz

“Dear Israeli Brothers and Sisters,” writes Iranian dissident Arash Irandoost, “Iran needs your help more than ever now. And we will be eternally grateful. Please help opposition television and radio stations which are blocked and being jammed by the Islamic Republic (Nokia and Siemens) resume broadcast to Iran. There is a total media blackout and Iranians inside Iran for the most part are not aware of their brave brothers and sisters fighting and losing their lives daily. And the unjust treatment and brutal massacre of the brave Iranians in the hands of the mullah’s paid terrorist Hamas and Hizbullah gangs are not seen by the majority of the Iranians. Please help in any way you can to allow these stations resume broadcasting to Iran.

“And, please remember that we will remember, as you have remembered Cyrus the Great’s treatment of you in your time of need,” Irandoost concludes, signing his blogged call for help “Your Iranian Brothers and Sisters!” [Please read the whole article at Israel News.]

What is happening is atrocious, and the world remains silent. Is this how Hitler rose to power? I thought we swore, “Never again!”? Shall we sit here, comfortably, getting ready to celebrate the 4th of July? What does the 4th of July really mean to you if you can sit by and say nothing?

These are our brothers and sisters. Especially if you are a Christian. What can we do, you ask yourself or me? We can burn the phone lines down calling President Obama (1-202-456-1111) and let him know what you think of his silence! You can call your representatives (1-202-224-3121 or 225-3121, they both work) and encourage them to speak out for the dissidents in Iran. We can also encourage them to put the money back into the fund set up by the Republicans and some Democrats for the Iranian dissidents. We can help them with news through TV stations that the mullahs won’t have the time to block, at least not all of them! We can also use the radio. Whatever ideas you have, share them.

Where are all the Muslims who rallied when you thought it possible that any type of book could be flushed down a toilet let alone a Koran? WHERE IS YOUR VOICE? Do you not see the horror? Or do you approve of it? How about it CAIR? Yes, I guess we know where you stand.

Let me tell you something, though. There were people protesting all across this nation. I did notice you. There were probably more of you than any TV station is about to admit, which leads me to question whether or not we truly do have a free press or just a lazy one? From New York City to California. From sea to shining sea. Yes, injustice was proclaimed by the PEOPLE, not by these so-called groups that claim to represent you. Please remember this the next time they start squaking. It’s probably for their masters. Do you really want to please those dictators? I didn’t think so.

Everyone stay safe, keep praying, keep protesting, and come to my Tea Party on the 4th of July at Bixby Park, 130 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, California. We shall be having a moment of silence, and I will be wearing a green t-shirts. What is right is right, and it doesn’t matter that it’s not happening here. The truth is, it most certainly could. We must all be grateful. Have a nice day.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

Sad

There are two cartoons today that capture the mood of many. For those of you who’ve been somewhere in the woods for the past week or so, President Obama has released those Chinese terrorists from Gitmo to go to Bermuda on our dime. Yup. They’re living the life of luxury that 2996 of our fellow citizens never had the opportunity to do because these scumbags murdered them on September 11, 2001. Even if it wasn’t them personally, they’re with the monsters who did. Here are the cartoons. They speak for themselves.

Hat tip: Michael Ramirez and nbradfield.

This next cartoon is an oldie but relevant.

Hat tip: Chris (from Day by Day).

If you cannot read the writings, please click on the picture. I’ve added their links for you. Have a nice day. I’m sure it will be nicer than the one they’re having in Iran, but then again, they’re fighting for freedom and Liberty. What are you fighting for again? Sad.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

I am always moved when I hear his voice, probably because he speaks rationally, passionately, informatively, and plainly. Where have all the wise men gone? Congress chases them away! No good men or women want to go through the junk it takes to run for office let alone serve.

That being said, I want you to listen to this video. As you listen, really listen. Then I want you to ask yourself, “Do I have what it takes to be a good servant of the people?” Make up your mind soon, because time is running out. We need good men and women to throw these bums out!

If for some reason the video is not working properly, here is the YouTube link.

Hat tip: Adam’s Blog from Twitter. Have a nice day.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

If you happen to know anyone in a neighboring area or in Long Beach, California, please encourage them to share their Independence Day with us at our Tea Party. While we celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence (which was actually on the 5th), we can reclaim our independence from this tyrannical government.

It doesn’t matter to them anyway, no matter which party claims you, just as long as we show up on election day. Let’s show them they are wrong. Let us proclaim it loud and clear. They’d better start listening to us now or else.

Or else what? We’ll put up our own candidates, that’s what! Hit them where it will hurt them. Job insecurity. Over at Smart Girl Politics we are working on this very thing. They want our money? We want their jobs. Are you ready to join forces with us? Join this movement that is sweeping this great country. Join us. Remember, Live Free or Die!

PS. May I recommend a site for you to check out if you do not live in this area and even if you do? The name of it is TeaPartyPatriots, and many of the people from the TaxDayTeaParty are over there now. Just thought you might like to know. Have a great day.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

It is with great sadness and anger that I report this story. In San Diego, California, Pastor David Jones and his wife were ordered not to conduct Bible Studies in their home with approximately 15 Church members through ‘a written warning that listed ‘unlawful use of land’ and told them to ‘stop religious assembly or apply for a major use permit’ — a process that could cost tens of thousands of dollars’.

Pardon me, but I believe the Amendment ! is a God-given right, not a government one. In this amendment it states, ‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, OR THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEBLY TO ASSEMBLE; and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.’

I believe just by typing Amendment I, I have made my case. Now show me where the government finds its rights, which it is granted only by us and we have not forfeited them, from this? Do they not understand what it means when it says YOU SHALL MAKE NO LAW? Ah, but you say that only applies to Congress, right? Wrong. Let me explain.

A city cannot make a law which contradicts the laws of the state, neither can the states make a law that is contrary to that of the federal government. This is one of the precious reasons we did not hand over all of the so-called rights this government seems to be able to find when they so desire, yet cannot read their own bills which they pass. We must stop this madness, and stop it now.

For this pastor and his family and for our very posterity, this cannot stand.

This is a remarkable posted over at Congressman Tom McClintock’s site. It is so nice to hear someone speak in a language I can not only understand but agree. Enjoy.

******************************
The Eve of the American Reawakening.

The following is an excerpt of a speech that Rep. McClintock delivered to the Council forNational Policy in Washington DC. Click here to read the entire speech.

To those who say we should put the Reagan era behind us – I have a better idea. Let’s put the Bush era behind us.

To those who say we should redefine our principles, I have a better idea: we don’t need to redefine our principles; we need to return to them.

To those of the Republican establishment, who misled our party for years, who dismantled so much of what Ronald Reagan accomplished and now tell us “the other side has something” and we have nothing. To them I can’t improve upon Cromwell’s words: “You have sat here too long for any good you have been doing; it is not fit that you should sit here any longer. You shall now give way to better men. Now depart and let us have done with you, I say, in the name of God, GO!”

“The other side has something and we have nothing?”

What is the something the other side has – that some say we have to be respectful and mindful of?

Statism. Shortage. Paternalism. That’s their “something” that seems to so overawe and over-impress these scions of a failed party establishment.

Statism, Shortage and Paternalism is what we are told to be mindful and respectful of? I don’t think so.

Their statism is “something” so extreme that the entire national debt accumulated from the first day of the George Washington administration to the very last day of the George W. Bush administration will literally double in the next five years and triple in the next ten.

The tax increases already proposed to support it will rob every family of more than $2,500 from its purchasing power every year. We’re supposed to respect that? The American people don’t respect it. The American people know that you cannot spend your way rich; that you cannot borrow your way out of debt and you cannot tax your way to prosperity. And they know that if you live well beyond your means today, you must of necessity live well BELOW your means in the future. And that’s not a future we want for our children.

Their entire policy is predicated on maintaining shortages of everything from health care to energy and then using the force of government to ration that shortage according to their own whims. The “something” that they propose to solve their government-induced shortages is having bureaucrats tell us what medical treatments our kids may have and when they may have them; raising energy prices until we bicycle to work; telling us what kind of light bulbs to use, where to set our thermostats, when to use our appliances.

And then there’s Paternalism. That’s what Rick Santelli was talking about. When your neighbor buys the house he can’t afford – it’s now your job to pay his mortgage. When the fraternity brothers of Paulson and Geitner party their investments into the ground – now it’s your job to cover their losses. When the reckless country-clubbers of General Motors and Chrysler give away the farm to the UAW – now it’s your job to make up the difference, and by the way, now it’s Barney Frank’s job to tell you what kind of car you may buy.

That is the “something” that seems to send these self-described “New Republicans,” into paroxysms of awe and policy-envy.

That’s the “something” that some people are so deathly afraid of saying “NO” to. Churchill said, “Alexander the Great remarked that the people of Asia were slaves because they had not learned to pronounce the word “NO.” Let that not be the epitaph of the English-speaking peoples or of parliamentary democracy … There, in one single word, is the resolve which the forces of freedom and progress, of tolerance and goodwill, should take.”

What is the “nothing” that we have that so dismays and disgusts these same messiahs of mediocrity – this “nothing” that’s convinced them that we must wean ourselves from our unseemly nostalgia with such irrelevant has-beens as Reagan, and Lincoln and Jefferson – I add the others because they stood for exactly the same principles as Reagan.

We stand for freedom.

We stand for abundance.

We stand for individual responsibility.

Freedom. Abundance and Responsibility. That is our platform.

Those who call that “nothing” are the same failed leaders who disdained it during the Reagan years and dismantled it as soon as the Reagan years were over.

They stand for statism. We stand for freedom: The God-given right to enjoy the fruit of our own labor; the right to raise our children according to our own values; the right to express our opinions and our faith freely and without reserve; the right to defend ourselves and our families; the right to enter into voluntary associations with each other for our mutual betterment without an army of busy-bodies telling us what is best for us.

They stand for the rationing of shortage. We stand for abundance: what happens when free men and free women enjoy the liberty to go as far as their desire, talent and imagination can guide them and as far as their labor, industry and enterprise can take them. Societies prosper when freedom protects the rights of each of us to decide on our own what we will produce and what we will consume. Government exists to protect the conditions that produce abundance, not to ration shortages that government has caused.

They stand for paternalism. We stand for personal responsibility. That means you stand by your promises. That means you tell your customers the truth about your products and investments. It means if you bring a child into the world then by God you look after that child. And it means if you make a bad decision, you set it right and you learn from it – and you realize that the bad decisions we all make from time to time is the price we pay for the freedom to make all the good decisions in our lives.

Freedom. Abundance. Responsibility. Ladies and Gentlemen, that ain’t “nothing.” That’s everything.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.
